Exercise is important in our lives, because doing exercise help us in our muscles. For example it will help us in our heart. How? evitationg heart attacks. This help us becoming our muscles stronger.
Can be the legs muscles for kicking something very far away, or in arms for lift heavy things.
Let me tell you the reason why people should exercise. Number, because it will help you to keep fit and healthy as I mentioned before. Look an example with famous strong people.
The rock or Dyawne Johnsonhe coud be in his past a fat person (it´s only an example) and he became a very strong person.
Doing excersise is good and healthy so you must aplicate it in your body and in your life!
